The Larkon Record.

A Brussels editorial office cataloguing daily nutritional formulations for active men — constructed on documented sourcing, independent batch review, and minimal editorial interference.

Where the reference began.

Larkon began as a personal record. A working document assembled in the Saint-Gilles district of Brussels by a group of independent nutrition researchers who found that the available public information on men's daily supplement composition was either commercially motivated or insufficiently documented.

The question driving the first edition was straightforward: across a full day of active work, training, and recovery, what does the male body consistently draw on, and how reliably do standard supplement formulations address those requirements?

The initial catalogue covered eleven ingredient categories, each assessed against published nutritional research and independently sourced from regional suppliers with documented chain-of-custody records. What began as a working reference has since expanded into a structured editorial resource, updated on a rolling basis as new batch verification data becomes available.

The office remains in Brussels. The editorial approach remains the same: measured, documented, and without commercial alignment.

Ingredient Transparency

Every active ingredient in the catalogue is named, sourced, and accompanied by its concentration data and botanical or mineral origin. No proprietary blends are included in the reference without full constituent disclosure.

Independent Batch Review

Ingredient profiles in Larkon supplements are selected based on published nutritional research and undergo independent batch verification for quality and labelling accuracy. Results are documented at the lot level.

Whole-Food Sourcing

Active ingredients are sourced from documented suppliers, with each batch accompanied by a certificate of composition. Sourcing prioritises suppliers whose facilities maintain food-grade processing standards.

No Commercial Alignment

Larkon operates without affiliate relationships, sponsored content, or commercial agreements with ingredient suppliers. Formulation profiles are assessed against research evidence and catalogue standards only.

Consistency before optimisation.

The Larkon approach resists the language of transformation. There is a quiet logic to how a body draws on minerals, vitamins, and plant-derived compounds across a day — a logic that is more usefully described by consistency than by intensity.

The catalogue is therefore structured around daily routine rather than acute supplementation. Each formulation profile describes a role within a regular, structured day of movement, nutrition, and recovery — not an intervention in a specific performance event.

This distinction informs everything from ingredient selection to serving guidance. Where a nutrient has a documented role in supporting normal energy metabolism, the catalogue notes that role precisely and without amplification. Where the evidence base is limited, that limitation is stated.

The result is a reference that may be less exciting than many alternatives, and considerably more useful over time. Larkon is not designed for short-term programmes. It is designed for the kind of person who wants to understand what they are putting into their body, and why, across years rather than weeks.

"Twelve ingredients. One daily measure. A composition that does not change with the season."
